Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Shopnomads account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
